Terms of Service
These terms govern your registration for and participation in From AI User to AI Master, a paid live cohort delivered by Venpa AI. By registering, you agree to the terms below.
1. Registration & payment
A seat is confirmed only after successful payment through our payment partner, Razorpay. Registration is personal and non-transferable unless approved by Venpa AI in writing.
2. Delivery of the cohort
Sessions are delivered live over video conferencing on the dates communicated by email after registration. No recording is provided; templates and community access are provided as described on the registration page at the time of purchase.
3. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Intellectual property
All templates and course materials are the intellectual property of Venpa AI and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution or resale without written permission is prohibited.
5. Conduct
Access to live sessions and the community may be revoked without refund in cases of abusive behavior, harassment, or sharing of paid materials outside the cohort.
6. Changes to the program
Venpa AI may adjust session timing, instructors, or specific curriculum items to improve the cohort experience. Core deliverables and total live session hours will not be materially reduced.
