Refund Policy
We want every registrant to feel confident about joining From AI User to AI Master. If the cohort isn’t the right fit for you, here’s exactly how refunds work.
Cancellation refund
If you cancel your registration at least 24 hours before the session starts, email info@venpa.co.in and we’ll issue a 50% refund to your original payment method.
After the cancellation window
Once the session is less than 24 hours away, or after it has started, registrations become non-refundable, since course materials, templates, and community access have been delivered in full.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay within 5–7 business days and will reflect on the original payment method used at checkout.
Missed sessions
Missing the live session does not qualify for a refund. No recording is provided — the session is fully live — but you retain full access to the templates and blueprints shared as part of the cohort.
