This Privacy Policy explains how Venpa AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you register for From AI User to AI Master or otherwise interact with this website.
1. Information we collect
When you register for the webinar, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. When you make a payment, your payment is processed directly by our payment partner, Razorpay — we do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to confirm your seat, send session links and reminders, share templates and materials, respond to your questions, and communicate updates about the cohort. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Payment processing
All payments are handled securely by Razorpay. Razorpay processes your payment details under its own privacy and security policies; Venpa AI never sees or stores your full card or bank information.
4. Data sharing
We share your registration details only with service providers that help us run the webinar and process payments (such as Razorpay and our email/communication tools), and only to the extent necessary to deliver the service you signed up for.
5. Data retention & security
We retain your registration information for as long as needed to deliver the cohort and for reasonable record-keeping afterward. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by writing to us. You can also unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link provided in those emails.
